Jodi's 21st birthday party
HOLLYOAKS star Jodi Albert will celebrate her 21st birthday tomorrow on a yacht, the Irish Mirror can reveal. The girlfriend of Westlife's Kian Egan, 24, is keeping plans for the star-studded party on London's River Thames a secret. But a host of stars from EastEnders and Coronation Street, including Keith Duffy and his wife Lisa, are expected to join Westlife on board, as well as friends from the pop world. Party planner to the stars Joanne Byrne, who organised Samantha Mumba's 21st party in the Four Seasons Hotel last January, has been drafted in to make sure the event is shipshape. She told the Irish Mirror: "I have just been brought in at the last minute to help out. It is a bit hectic at the moment as the party is on Friday. "Jodi is sending me over an invitation list as we speak and I am trying to make sure everything runs smoothly on the night." Unlike singer Samantha's party, Jodi will not have an exotic theme to the night. Joanne said: " She doesn't want a specific theme. There will be no snakes just lots of well dressed people. "It is on a yacht in a very exclusive part of London but the exact location remains a secret. "But I will say there will be plenty of champagne flowing on the night and the crew have even drafted in a few extra cases of bubbly to make sure Jodi has a good time. "There will be the usual 21st celebrations like a big cake and 21 kisses." Jodi has followed in the footsteps of Samantha and plans to sell her exclusive pictures to a glossy magazine. But Joanne couldn't reveal which one and refused to comment on how much Jodi will be paid. One thing is for sure, however, she will look every bit the party queen tomorrow night when she steps out in a sexy designer dress. Joanne revealed: "Jodi has it narrowed down to three different designer dresses. "But she is not sure which one to wear, she will probably choose on the night. "But no matter which one she wears she'll look amazing."

Brian offered an interview in return for tickets
Bryan McFadden stunned Radio Clyde bosses when he phoned the station
asking if they could get him tickets for Sunday's SPL match between
Celtic and Motherwell. The former Westlife star even offered to give
Clyde 1 FM's breakfast DJ Geoge Bowie an interview in return for the
briefs. "Bryan called the station," said an insider. "He wanted four
tickets and has offered to go on George's show on Monday."

First Westlife official download chart release due August 23rd
9th August 2004 - Back in November of last year Nicky, Kian, Shane and Mark topped thefirst ever industry only digital download track with no promotion ormarketing. On August 23rd, they'll be going for the same spot on the officiallaunch of the first ever singles download chart - also their first release as a 4-piece. The band are releasing a special live version of their massive Number 1 single Flying Without Wings, recorded on the Turnaroundtour live from The Globe, Stockholm, on May 29th earlier this year.Click the video stream links below to see the band talking aboutit... The download chart will be compiled by the Official Chart Company,the same company that compile the official Top 40 each week. Fans and music buyers alike will be able to legally download FlyingWithout Wings from various websites (including westlife.com and allother legal download stores such as iTunes, mycokemusic.com,msnmusicclub.com, freeserve.com, hmvonlinestore.com and napster.com). Flying Without Wings shot straight to the number one spot in October1999 and has remained a firm favourite with fans ever since. This special live stripped down version of Flying Without Wings wasrecorded in May of this year at The Globe, Stockholm on the massivesell-out Turnaround Arena tour. The track was chosen due to the overwhelming demand from fans that wanted to get hold of thisversion, and is a unique opportunity for fans to get an end of tour souvenir... The Turnaround Tour, the biggest UK Arena tour of 2004, has beengetting rave reviews and by the time the tour ends on the 2nd ofAugust Westlife will have performed an incredible 49 shows to over500,000 people since March the 29th!

Bryan + Kerry : 'WE'RE GETTING OUT OF HERE!'
In an exclusive interview with Ireland on Sunday, Brian revealed the
decision was every bit as difficult to make as the one which saw him
quit Westlife.
'It's not something we decided lightly,' Brian explained. 'But it is
just more practical for both of us, our children and our careers. We
are putting our home in Dublin up for sale and are expecting to
reach close to E2.5m and are looking at a new home in the centre of London
where we will be living full time.
'I hate leaving Ireland as it's my home but it's best for my family.
It's got to the stage now when I am over in London every few days
working on my solo album and Franklin are going to record their new
album there. As for Kerry she is spending five days a week doing TV
in Britain and both of us were flying home at the weekend spending
as much time with the kids and then flying back. So, moving over is the
best option.'
Brian wanted to dampen any speculation that might be prompted by the
news that they have put their house up for sale. 'I dont want people
making up any rumours once they see the "for sale" sign on the
house.
I left Westlife to spend more time with my family and moving to
London means we can spend more time with our kids and that's the
most important thing to us'
